ExtraCare – Afterhours Support

Our TotalCare clients may need support outside of normal business hours from one of our Senior Engineers. We always have an engineer on call 24x7, 365 days of the year. Being a TotalCare client automatically provides you with access to our premium afterhours support services when you need it.

ExtraCare was introduced to provide your business with priority support out of standard business hours (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm EST excluding public holidays). There are two levels of support that impose different charge rates for the ExtraCare services:

  1. ExtraCare Silver – Extended business hours 7.30am -8.30am and 5.30pm - 9.00pm EST Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
  2. ExtraCare Gold – Emergency Support is only available for urgent support outside of normal business hours and ExtraCare Silver hours as defined above. This includes public holidays, weekends and hours between 9.00pm and 7.30am Monday to Friday.
